An event for unpaid carers – do come along you will be warmly welcomed.

Each year Carers Rights Day brings organisations together to help unpaid carers know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.  Having the right information at the right time can make a huge difference.

The Reading & West Berkshire Carers Partnership will be hosting an event to mark Carers Rights Day at Thatcham Rugby Club.

Organisations available on the day with advice and information:

• Age UK Berkshire/Reading and West Berkshire Carers Partnership
• West Berkshire Council, Adult Social Care
• Eight Bells
• Gardner Leader
• And a range of other voluntary organisations.

1.45 pm Reading and West Berkshire Carers Partnership – how we support carers

2.00 pm Gardner Leader – Power of Attorney, Deputyship and Wills
