Drop in to our open days for a glass of bubbles and a mince pie. Christmas carol singing is optional. Not only can you stock up on our wine for the festivities but there will be other tempting produce made by local artisans. These include: organic beef from Mildenhall, fudge from Kintbury, smoked trout from the Hungerford Fishery, jams and chutneys from Stype, organic honey from Woolton Hill, not to mention olive oil from mainland Greece ( via Woolton Hill). We also have beautifully scented Winding Wood candles made from recycled bottles.
Our open days are on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 December from 10am to 5pm each day.
This was a great success last year. The tasting room in the barn will be freezing at this time of year —so off-limits unless you want frost bite. Instead, we will again hold it just across the farmyard, in the warmth of The Dairy.
