We are looking for new people to join the steering group that organises Newbury Apple Day. Newbury Apple day is an annual event that takes place in Newbury market square in early October. The main activity is juicing apples, we collect apples before the event that would otherwise have gone to waste and encourage people to bring their own on the day.

Steering group members organise publicity, recruit and manage volunteers, hire/buy equipment and supplies and manage social media. New members would have the opportunity to work in an area that matched their interests and skills.
