Amazingly the London Haydn Quartet have just completed the 16 year epic task of recording all the Haydn quartets for Hyperion records. Now they are turning their attention to Beethoven –  the natural successor. In the program on the 1st March  Beethoven will be flanked by two Haydn quartets. The London Haydn Quartet are renowned the world over for their sensitive understanding of these masterworks  And we are very lucky that they are coming to Hungerford to launch their latest program of Beethoven and Haydn Quartets
