Life Coach Lis Allen is going on-line to run free virtual event that are open to anyone to wants help creating calm out of chaos.

Every Wednesday at 1pm – Lockdown Lunch Online with Lis! Creating Calm out of Chaos

Who can attend? Anyone. Just sign up for the Zoom meeting here  (If you don’t already use Zoom you will need to create an account but it’s easy and free).

What will happen? Lis will deliver some coaching content for 20 mins and then there’ll be a Q and A session.  If there’s one person on the call, they’ll have a private coaching session.  If there’s more, it’ll be a facilitated conversation. No one has to share anything sensitive – or anything at all, for that matter. It’ll centre on how to be/remain calm and will focus on the practical things that’ll keep us safe and well in the future weeks and months.

Who else will be on the call?  People who want help to be positive and hopeful in these turbulent times.  Zoom can accomodate up to 100 people in one call.

Is there a charge?  No, but if you can, please make a donation to the Reading-based mental health charity, Sport in Mind

How long is the event?  An hour, every Wednesday lunchtime for the forseeable future. You’ll have to re-register for every session – Lis will send out a link each week.

What do I need? Lunch – plus a pen and notebook if you want to make notes.

What about confidentiality? Respect for others is a pre-requisite for the call and Lis will set out the ground rules at the beginning of each session.  This is an honest attempt to help people cope with the current pandemic of fear and anxiety.
