A safe place to chat with others about menopause and peri menopause and its impact on our lives and wellbeing.

We meet at the Swan at Compton on selected Saturday mornings from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Cafe dates for the remainder of 2025 are Saturday 11 October 2025 and Saturday 13 December 2025.
