Hungerford Comedy Club is On-line on Zoom

The last time President Obonjo came to Hungerford he performed for a crowd of more than 350 people in the Croft Hall (you had to be there to understand how), and he has agreed to return for our online show to give us an update on how his beloved Lafta Republic is coping with the current crisis. I suspect he may have some insights he can share with our own government.

Angie Belcher is a Bristol comedian, actress and poet, with her own comedy empire in the South West. Her Mirth Control gigs for parents WITH children (i.e. with children in the audience) were proving a great hit with mums before lockdown ripped the changing mat from under its bottom.  She has hosted the Cabaret tent at Glastonbury, and supported the likes of Ian Cognito and Shappi Khorsandi.

Peter Brush has toured with Alexei Sayle, Arthur Smith and Justin Moorhouse amongst others and is a former BBC New Comedy Award finalist. He has been described as a Yorkshire Woody Allen (for his jokes, not for his girlfriends) and you will enjoy his very individual take on the world, with quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines.
