I am writing to let you know that after seventeen years in the Lettings Industry, twelve of those running my own business, and following a great deal of careful consideration I have made the decision to merge Nina Clark Lettings with Lovejoy Stevens Estate Agents in Newbury.

This was not a decision taken lightly and it took me a long time to find someone I felt I wanted to work with and who offered the best level of service to my clients.

Over recent years I have worked closely with Lovejoy Stevens and have developed a strong professional relationship with both Robert Lovejoy and Nicole Stacey, the Lettings Manager. They have an excellent team of people behind them and they all share my passion for customer service. Their business model made my decision much easier.

As of January 2026, I have taken a position with Lovejoy Stevens and now work in their Newbury office.

Most importantly to me, I will still be dealing with all my existing clients and along with the support of the Lovejoy Stevens team we can offer you a high level of service.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to my company over the years and I hope we can continue to work together well into the future.
