Marlborough Law is growing — and we’re looking for a capable, organised and motivated full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team.

What you’ll be doing…
- Opening and managing client files in line with compliance requirements.
- Carrying out ID checks and assisting with AML procedures.
- Preparing legal documents and client correspondence.
- Managing diaries and key deadlines.
- Handling client enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Liaising with third parties including agents and lenders.
- Supporting billing and general administration.

- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise.
- IT competent and quick to learn new systems.
- Reliable, discreet and proactive.
Experience in a legal or professional services environment is desirable but not essential. We’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and ambition.
