TESTIMONIALS
"I've been coming to Stable Yoga for over 15 years and feel incredibly lucky that our paths have crossed. Every week I leave my class feeling restored, refreshed and incredibly blessed." Lou
"I'm so pleased to have discovered Yoga, a full 75 minutes of forgetting all the things usually buzzing round one's head and stretching long forgotten bits of your body is so therapeutic. And to add to that such beautiful, tranquil surroundings, beats a gym or Town Hall any day :)" Jo
“I joined Stable Yoga in 2009 and have attended a couple of classes a week ever since. I hate to miss any because of the sense of well-being that each class gives. The ancient art of Yoga can bring a kind of serenity in a chaotic world. The studio is spacious and comfortable and the setting is beautiful but, more important, the teachers' cheerful patience when correction or guidance is needed is always encouraging and never critical." James
