Lauren Bird offers 1-1 English tutoring for ages 11 to 16 with a specialism for the AQA English Literature and Language exam specification at GCSE.

Being a qualified English teacher, I know that the classroom can have a wonderfully dynamic and creative atmosphere, but sometimes students just need a little bit more. There is no one way to learn, and thus I aim to be as flexible as possible with the tuition that I offer. 

Whether you are seeking private tuition to build your confidence, to supplement your study of English, or to propel you to exam success, I have 1-1 tutoring sessions available that put you at the heart of your education.

Sessions are 1-1 and 55 minutes long. They can be conducted online, in the client's home or in Newbury Library.
