V365 Volunteer Recruitment Fair 2025 success

Volunteer Centre West Berkshire‘s annual volunteer recruitment fair, V365, took place on Saturday 11 January 2025 at the Corn Exchange in Newbury.

The fair attracted a full house of over 50 charities and community organisations seeking volunteers in West Berkshire.

The atmosphere was buzzing with the fair attracting a high number of visitors. We look forward to reviewing the feedback from the more than 300 potential volunteers who attended.

If you missed V365, the event brochure listing all the organisations who attended is available at volunteerwestberks.org.uk/events.

Volunteer Centre West Berkshire advises potential volunteers all year round and can provide details of available roles with the organisations who were at the V365 event. For advice on volunteering in West Berkshire, please contact us via vbase@vcwb.org.uk, phone 01635 49004 or make an enquiry online.

Volunteer Centre West Berkshire thanks everyone who made the event such a success – visitors, exhibitors, our volunteers and trustees and the Corn Exchange team. V365 was kindly supported by Greenham Trust, West Berkshire Council, the National Lottery Community Fund and Apple Print & Creative.

“We are thrilled by the incredible turnout at this year’s V365 Volunteer Recruitment Fair,”  VCWB CEO Rachel Peters commented. “The energy and enthusiasm in the room were inspiring, and we are excited to see the connections formed at the fair flourish into meaningful contributions across West Berkshire. And a heartfelt thanks to the trustees and volunteers who supported the VCWB staff team with this event, with a particular mention to Bob Day who spent the day taking wonderful photos of the event.”
