Shortly after the election was announced, we sent fifteen questions to all the candidates in the four constituencies we cover. The questions covered the candidates’ backgrounds, topics including climate change, pandemic preparedness, the water companies and disinformation, the changes they’d most like to see to the political system and the most difficult question they’ve been asked as a politician, before rounding off with the all-important matters of their Desert Island Discs’ choices of music, book, film and luxury item.
