Newbury Building Society scoops coveted Customer Trophy at British Bank Awards 2024

Newbury Building Society has won the Treating Customers Fairly Award at the 2024 British Bank Awards. The Society was also shortlisted for ‘Best Building Society’, ‘Best Building Society Savings Provider’, and ‘Best Specialist Mortgage Provider’, which the Society were highly commended for in 2020 and won in 2021 and 2022.

Launched in 2015, the British Bank Awards are run by independent financial sector review platform, Smart Money People, and are known as the ‘Oscars of the banking world’. The
purpose of the awards is to find the best products, most exciting innovations, and crown the most trusted financial brands. Each award is voted for by customers and this year over 150,000 customers cast their vote.
