Chatelaine Interiors takes on bigger projects

Chatelaine Interiors has expanded and can now take on projects of a greater scale. The above photo showcases just one of the rooms inside a beautiful grand town house in Wiltshire where we were commissioned to make the handsewn triple pinch pleat curtains with a brush fringe leading edge. We hung these almost floor to ceiling interlined curtains on wooden painted poles that we also installed. We made many other bespoke items for this same property including roman blinds, seat covers, sink skirts, wardrobe panels, bed canopies and valances.

This has been made possible by our move to a lovely converted barn in Lambourn which has allowed us to expand our family run business taking on additional local talented sewistas.  As well as providing us extra space for making, it offers rooms for storage of fabrics and work areas for prepping curtain poles and roman blind headrails.

We offer free home measures and can provide a full design service for all your soft furnishing needs. Please contact us at info@chatelaineinteriors.co.uk if you would like any advice on your window treatments as we would love to hear from you.
