Your local Morris Group needs you!

Garston Gallopers Morris Dancers are looking for new dancers and musicians.

If you are looking for a new activity that’s energetic, sociable, fun, & a bit different, now is the perfect time. We are holding open practises on Monday evenings, 8pm to 9:30pm, through January & February, at East Garston Village Hall, RG17 7EX, before dancing out from May onwards.

We dance to live music & our musicians are very important to us, so if you play an instrument suitable to accompany the dancing we’d love to hear from you.

Here are some reasons to try Morris Dancing. It’s fun, learn a new skill, make new friends, keep fit in both body and mind, age is immaterial, & continue a local tradition. We look forward to welcoming you, at no cost, to have a try.
