Do you have a regular slot free every week, can drive, are organised and patient, able to lift and carry things and keen to help refugees?

If so we’d love to hear from you.

We are on the look out for a Donations Co-coordinator to join the supportive team of volunteers at West Berkshire Action for Refugees working with refugees who need a variety of items that they don’t have the money to buy.

The role involves:
– keeping track of what’s needed and donated
– being confident and seen to be fair in what’s given out for items such as clothing, footwear, backpacks, suitcases etc
– transporting donations from our collection point at Thatcham Town Council.
– distributing donations to refugees on a fixed day during a current session once a week (1 – 2 hours).
