Littlecote House near Hungerford is home to one of the most impressive Roman mosaics in the south of England and what’s more, entry is completely free.

The venue is now a Warner’s Hotel but signage is clear to the mosaic which has its own car park. It is also a lovely site for a picnic.

There are interpretation panels at the mosaic and Hungerford Historical Association is hoping to make more information available in the near future.
