Thatcham’s self-guided Chapel Street Tour and Town Centre History Trail can be enjoyed at any time at your leisure.
The Roman Mosaic at Littlecote House near Hungerford can be visited for free at any time.

Sat 10 Sept – Parish Church in Shaw-cum Donnington. Exhibition of the invention of the mobile phone.
Sat 10 Sept – St Mary, The Virgin, Aldermaston.
Sat 10 & Sun 11 Sept – West Berkshire Museum Newbury. Self-guided tour of West Berkshire Museum’s attic.
Sat 10 Sept & Sun 11 Sept – Shaw House Newbury introductory history talks.
Sun 11 Sept – Hungerford Heritage Market with traditional cooking demonstrations, stalls, morris dancing & street food.
Sun 11 Sept – Wilton Windmill Tour
Sun 11 Sept – Coleshill Model Farm Swindon.
Thu 15 Sept – Alexander Keiller Museum and Avebury Manor and Garden
Sat 17 Sept – Newbury Town Hall Open Day Postponed. A book of condolence is available at the Town Hall from 10am – 4pm until Saturday 17th September in honour of the Queen following her passing. Members of the public are welcome to visit the Town Hall to sign the book and lay floral tributes outside the Town Hall.

Sat 17 Sept – Decontamination Suite, Greenham Air Base
