Election of trustees

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme of the Charity sealed on 9th May 1990, as amended and authorised by the Charity Commission on 30 May 2012 and approved by resolution of the Trustees on 9 September 2015, and in accordance with the supplemental deed as resolved on 20 November 2018.

AN ELECTION

for the purpose of electing five Trustees for a term of six years, to work alongside five current Trustees who will be in office until 2025

OF FIVE TRUSTEES

for the administration and management of the Charity is to be held.

Nomination Papers may be obtained from The Clerk’s Office, Hungerford Town Hall, High Street, Hungerford, West Berkshire. The Returning Officer will at the request of any Elector* prepare for signature a Nomination Paper.

Nomination Papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Hungerford Town Hall, High Street, Hungerford, West Berkshire not later than noon on Thursday 26 May 2022.

If the Election is contested, a poll will take place on Thursday 16 June 2022.
