The Queen has kindly given us another bank holiday to celebrate her Platinum Jubilee, so what do you have planned for your 4-day weekend? I’m guessing it may involve at least one of the following – gardening, camping, barbecues, beach trip, DIY, seeing friends and family, country walk, sunbathing (fingers crossed!)…..
Obviously, prevention is always better than cure, but here are some top tips of what to do if anything goes wrong:
- Barbecue burns – worsleytraining.co.uk/burns
- Wasp stings – worsleytraining.co.uk/stings
- Bleeds from DIY – worsleytraining.co.uk/bleeding
- Cold water shock in the sea – worsleytraining.co.uk/cold-water-shock
- Sprains and strains from gardening – worsleytraining.co.uk/sprains-strains
- Heat stroke – worsleytraining.co.uk/heat-illness
- Food poisoning from undercooked chicken – worsleytraining.co.uk/food-poisoning
- Head injuries from falling off a bike – worsleytraining.co.uk/head-injuries

Have a great bank holiday. Stay healthy, happy and safe and I hope it’s memorable for all the right reasons!
