Look Forward to Stage 3 Re-opening of Local Hospitality Venues 17 May 2021

New Stage 3 regulations from Monday 17 May mean an important step towards the return of normality but there are a few things to remember:

  • All guests over 16 need to comply with Test & Trace requirements on entry.
  • Table service only. Tables of up to six people or two households indoors. Larger groups up to 30 allowed outside.
  • Face coverings are mandatory at all times, apart from when seated at a table.
  • Social distancing guidelines of maintaining 2 metres distance or 1 metre plus other mitigating factors remain.
  • But there will be no curfew or “substantial meal” restrictions.
  • Those who do not comply with the rules must be refused entry by the venue. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in serious consequences for the licensed premises.
