Marlborough Law is an established law firm with offices in Hungerford that provides expert litigation, dispute resolution, family and divorce, serious and catastrophic injury, employment and employee disputes and wills and probate legal services in Wiltshire and West Berkshire.

We are a small firm genuinely enthusiastic about building good long-term, working relationships within the local communities. All our solicitors are fully qualified and locally trained to understand the needs of rural communities and small towns.

We give 30 minutes free initial consultation and we ask for no upfront costs on account. Unlike most solicitors, we only invoice for acceptable work done.

Marlborough Law is a member of Resolution family justice professionals who work to resolve issues in a constructive way, considering the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of children.
