Calling all dare-devils!

Local charity Action Through Enterprise (ATE) is looking for dare-devils to take part in a Skydive at the end of November!

On Saturday 21 November, you could throw yourself out of a plane and descend over the stunning Oxfordshire countryside, whilst raising much needed funds to help the family of a disabled child from rural northern Ghana recover from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Ramsbury-based charity has one space left for a lucky thrill-seeker! ATE will fund all costs and provide support, if you can commit to fundraising £500. They’ll even come on the day to video you.

Please contact Tara at tara@ateghana.org if you’re interested.

Action Through Enterprise was started in 2012 by Sarah Gardner, a former teacher at The Winchcombe School in Newbury. Eight years on and the charity is thriving with four employees in the UK and thirty in Ghana, supporting communities to alleviate poverty and build sustainable futures in the Upper West region. Their programmes include enabling access to education through school feeding and provision of learning materials; a small business development programme; and support for disabled children and their families.
