beTravelwise (BTW) has a part-time position for a self-employed consultant to help develop leads in their customer relationship management system (CRM). Through phone calls and tailored emails, the consultant will engage potential leads to progress them through BTW’s sales pipeline. The consultant should be confident and comfortable engaging potential leads on the phone.
- To understand BTW’s sales cycle and the key information required to assess and update a selling opportunity
- As directed via the CRM tasks, make phone calls/ send emails to potential leads to qualify and update company/ lead statuses
- Book sales and follow-up meetings
- Where leads are qualified out, make phone enquiries to assess a more appropriate person to engage with
A key metric in BTW’s sales cycle is whether the lead has had a formal (sales) meeting with BTW. As such, the consultant will receive an additional payment each time they successfully book a meeting.
The consultant will be given full training on BTW’s offering and the CRM/ phone system they will use.
You will be working directly with beTravelwise’s Office Manager and one of the Directors.
beTravelwise is a boutique SME specialising in bespoke travel safety & security awareness training. Our elearning courses and videos support organisations to help fulfil their duty of care obligations to their employees to ensure they are safe both whilst travelling and in the workplace.
Our office is based at Warren Farm, Savernake, Marlborough Wiltshire SN8 3UU.
Whilst it is expected 3-hours of training is required at our offices – the remainder of the work can be conducted remotely, however the successful applicant must have fast broadband internet access – this is non-negotiable.
Minimum 20-hours a week Mon-Fri. No maximum. As many of our leads and clients are based in the US, we require the consultant to have availability to work after 2pm for at least 10 hours per week. Minimum 39 working weeks a year, to allow flexibility around school holidays.
The consultant will be expected to submit timesheets and invoices monthly. Calls, emails and lead progression will be monitored by the CRM.
£12 per hour
£50 per meeting booked
