Are you worried about the future of all the privately owned, independent businesses in Hungerford?
Despite the government’s new strategies, they are facing a dangerous shortfall between takings (in many cases now reduced to nil) and costs (ongoing and deferred) as a result of the coronavirus crisis.
In response to residents’ concerns, Hungerford Chamber of Commerce is facilitating an appeal by setting up a Support Hungerford Businesses bank account for members of the public to make one-off payments or set up standing orders.
Please support this new appeal in order to help our shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and other small businesses that we need and love so much to stay in business.
How to Donate
Local residents are invited to make one-off payments or set up standing orders into this Hungerford Chamber of Commerce bank account: TSB (Hungerford branch) sort code 30-94-46, account number 15807160.
For all enquiries, please email chairman@hungerfordchamberofcommerce.co.uk or telephone Hungerford Chamber Chairman Karen Salmon on 07836 366393 or Treasurer Derek Loft on 07799 660584.
