A vacancy currently exists for a Senior Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with cooking with fresh ingredients, will be happy to run a busy kitchen and to supervise all aspects of it, including training, ordering, stock control and food-safety regulation. They will have a strong but friendly management style and a minimum of five years’ experience in the industry with strong reference/s.
We can offer a salary of £30,000pa. This would be a full-time position (five days a week, two days off). Live-in accommodation is available. Immediate start.
