A local, part-time Accounts & Administrative Assistant is required as soon as possible for a small but busy property investment group south of Newbury. The work would be three days per week with flexible hours.
Working closely with the accountant, the successful candidate will be required to have a financial background, a working knowledge of financial management/statutory accounts and be familiar with Excel, Windows and Word. They must be capable of working on their own initiative and to have a flexible, hands-on approach. Familiarity in dealing with aspects of property management and development would be an advantage.
The successful candidate would need to have their own transport. A full, clean driving licence and references are also required.
Immediate start. Salary to be discussed.
