We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic “bread head” to work alongside our skilled bakers. This is a rare opportunity to really learn the skills of sourdough bread making in a commercial environment for restaurants, retail shops and farmers markets.
The position is permanent and full time with 28 days holiday per annum and joint contributory pension scheme. A 40-hour basic week at minimum wage during the first three months, after which your progress, abilities and passion will dictate your increase in salary.
Astons Bakehouse is a totally organic bakery, we are pioneering baking with older varieties of grains last used on a commercial basis before the 1920s.
