Inspirational Music Session

Children at Hungerford Primary School were treated to a live performance in an assembly from  “Crash, Bang, Wallop!”, a group of musicians from the Berkshire Maestro’s team.

They were entertained by a range of music and musical instruments, from all sections of the orchestra!  Both children and teachers thoroughly enjoyed the performance and were so impressed by the talent on show!

As the children were so inspired by this performance, pupils of all ages were encouraged to have a go at playing a range of different instruments which included the drums,  double bass, violin, saxophone, guitar, xylophone etc.  Mrs Charlotte Sharp, Music Coordinator, hopes that this will lead to many more children taking up instrument lessons in the future.
