The George in Lambourn

The George

The George, in the heart of Lambourn, is the bustling centre of the village and also a cosy and friendly place to enjoy a drink or a meal.

Given the number of top-class stables right on the doorstep it is small wonder that The George often boasts some of the top names in racing among its customers.

However, you don’t have to be into horses to enjoy the hospitality at The George. The pub is renowned for its warm atmosphere, cheery welcome and selection of good-value food to offer the hungry visitor, including walkers and families. We also host a range of special events including quiz nights, gastronomic evenings and a variety of seasonal attractions.
