Previously trained as a professional dancer, Charlie is a fully qualified Pilates instructor and has gained extensive experience with a wide range of clients including athletes, dancers and people with mobility problems.

Pilates Matwork Classes
Matwork classes are focused on the following six Pilates principles: Control, Concentration, Centring, Flow, Breath, and Precision.
These are all vital elements to achieve an overall efficient mind and body. Classes for up to 12 participants are held weekly at the Holy Trinity Church, Charlton, Wantage and West Hendred Village Hall.
Studio classes are held in our Wantage Studio and are tailored to suit your individual needs and address specific goals you would like to achieve. Full one to one attention will ensure rapid results and continued progress. We also offer shared programmes for two or three people. This is a great way for combining individual focus on your specific needs with sharing the benefits of your workout together.
An Induction is required for all new clients before commencing the Studio sessions. This comprises completing a medical form, a postural analysis, a fitness assessment, a discussion of goals and an introduction to the equipment.
