Broadmead’s founder and managing director, Jim Smith, has an agricultural background and is also qualified in woodland management, arboriculture and landscaping. He is also a director of the family property development and management business and has many years of experience in construction, renovation, maintenance and the letting of both residential and commercial properties.

Jim’s understanding of land and buildings has enabled him to develop the company’s range of operations to meet both commercial and private customer requirements with a comprehensively insured consulting and contracting service and to forge trusted working relationships with many established clients.

Broadmead is staffed by a dedicated team of employees, both in the office and on site, and is further reinforced by a team of approved consultants, craftsmen and certified contractors.
