Each year many children spend their Christmas Day in a refuge but because they have had to leave their home to escape domestic violence. They have very little, sometimes only the few clothes they have fled with.
Donating presents this Christmas is a wonderful gift to give and bring smiles back to the faces of these families who have suffered horrendous ordeals.
Berkshire Appeal by BWA
Berkshire Women’s Aid provides advice, support and refuge services to victims of domestic abuse and our aim is to ensure everyone helped by BWA has a gift this Christmas.
This year they have created a Berkshire Womens Aid Christmas Wish List on Amazon.
If you would prefer to buy any of the items listed from a different shop please drop them (unwrapped) into Nye & Co Estate Agents by Friday 15 December.
