Wash the stringy flesh off seeds. This takes a while as it is slimey but you can keep it to add to anything else you’re cooking like pumpkin soup.
Scatter the washed and dried seeds over a baking tray. Drizzle with oil of your choice and soya sauce or your favourite spices.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes until they are brown but be careful to avoid burning.
Don’t be surprised if they pop!
