Young Farmers’ Clubs for 10 – 26 year olds

Young Farmers are one of the largest rural youth organisations in the UK dedicated to young people . You don’t have to be a farmer to enjoy to Young Farmers but it helps to have a love for the outdoors and rural life.

They offer a wide range of activities for 10 – 26 year olds. Our boys have enjoyed camping, public speaking competitions, brick laying, tug of war, stock judging, crafts, vet talks, cooking, night hikes and lots more. Young Farmers also run ski trips and offer travel grants.

Led by young people, for young people, Young Farmers’ Clubs provide their 25,000 members aged 10 to 26 with a unique opportunity to develop skills, work with their local communities, travel abroad, take part in a varied competitions programme and enjoy a dynamic social life.

Berkshire Young Farmers have three local clubs – Shefford YFC (which meets at Brightwalton Village Hall), Newbury and Bradfield
Wiltshire Young Farmers inc Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Malmesbury,
Oxfordshire Young Farmers inc Abingdon, Faringdon

Berkshire Young Farmers also run the annual Berkshire Country Fayre at Englefield Estate.
