Volunteers Wanted to Help Look After Animals

The National Animal Welfare Trust at Trindledown Farm near Great Shefford is looking to recruit some more volunteers.

The centre specifically caters for animals looking for new home in their twilight years. Trindledown Farm cares for farm animals and domestic pets with each cat and dog having their own heated room with comfy bed, sofa and television. Our elderly residents also benefit from the Open Paw programme which gives the dogs the stimulation, training and attention they need while awaiting their forever home.

There are many ways you can get involved in the charity from helping care for the animals and site maintenance to assisting with fundraising and events. We really appreciate the support our volunteers give to us as it is invaluable to the work we do.
