Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of the Charities Act 2011.
The Trustees of the Town & Manor intend to lease the land at the Football Ground, Bulpit Lane, RG17 0AY.
This will be a 10 year lease to Hungerford Town Football Club and will include the pitch, stands and associated facilities.
The Trustees do not intend to market the property as the current tenants are being retained (they currently operate under a License with the Town & Manor – the new lease will formalise this relationship for the long term).
