Congratulations to the students of St Martin’s School in East End nr East Woodhay who held a successful Cake and Lemonade Sale on Saturday 17 October in aid of school desks for their link school in Bukuya, Uganda.
Students organisers Olivia & William Isherwood would like to say a huge thank you to all those that helped on the day, donated and squeezed lemons and made and bottled the lemonade. Not to mention the wonderful array of gorgeous cakes made by the school parents and friends who came along to support the day and local stores who supported the event: Budgens, Sainsbury’s, Tescos & Waitrose.

The Cake Sale raised nearly £700 and the proceeds are kindly being match funded by The London Speaker Bureau.
