I have been asked by Trading Standards to notify you of the Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline number for people to contact if they need advice or to report any scams that they know are happening in the area. By doing this, Trading Standards will get notified and will ensure that the victim receives advice and support where necessary either from them or the CAB.
