Thanks to Hungerford thespian Nick Lumley for sending us photos from his three second appearance as an auctioneer in the first episode of this season of Downton Abbey!
Nick reports that it was great fun to do on an amazing set at a location near Thame – with most of the luminaries of the cast in attendance.
Nick’s next (and slightly more prominent) television appearance will be in Episode 7 (9pm Mon 26 Oct) and Episode 8 (9pm Mon 2 Nov) of the current series of Doc Martin on ITV (worth double checking TV schedules nearer the time).
