When we were deciding on secondary schools for our boys we faced a dilemma. We wanted to support John O’Gaunt as it is our catchment school in Hungerford but I was concerned about my memories of the school’s reputation from thirty years ago. So to get an insight into life at the school today we asked to go on the mailing list for John O’Gaunt’s weekly newsletter for parents.

Reading the newsletters convinced us to visit the school which in turn convinced us to enrol. Our boys have been happy there for many years now and the newsletters are still full of inspiring news of student life there.
