This course includes the central elements of the internationally recognised Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme developed by

Jon Kabat-Zinn, combined with compassion meditation, readings and

group discussions. All welcome – no experience necessary, just a

commitment to some manageable regular home practice.

 

6 evening sessions (17th, 24th and 31st Oct, 14th, 21st and 28th Nov) and a practice day Sat 18th Nov 10am -4pm
