Selling your property with Brearley & Rich

As independent agents, Brearley & Rich provide a truly personal service and focus on their clients’ best interests (when they say that properties are only shown by the agent, they mean it). Brearley & Rich pride themselves on making an often stressful and emotional process run as smoothly as possible for buyers and sellers alike.

Client Testimonials

“Thank you so much for making our house sale and purchase so completely painless, we really appreciated your hard work. We would definitely recommend you to our friends.” Mr & Mrs Moore, Burbage

“We initially went with one of the big companies to sell our house.  We bought the snob factor that they sold us. While they did secure us an offer on our house it was not what we had hoped for and I felt there was something missing in their understanding of the area. We then tried to sell the house ourselves on a website but this was harder than we thought it would be. Third time lucky we went with Jon Rich. His local knowledge meant he understood what living here was really like.  He showed just two sets of people round (each were at the house for over 45 mins), before one made an offer we were happy with. Jon’s experience meant he was able to point things out about our house that I hadn’t seen.  He then helped us navigate the chain and make sure the sale happened as smoothly as possible.  Jon’s genuine love of the area was key to securing our sale. If you are looking to sell at whatever the level, I cannot recommend Jon enough.” Una Parkes, East Garston

“Just to say many thanks for you for all of your help with the sale of our house. You help was much appreciated in making this happen so quickly and smoothly.” Mrs Reenan, Marlborough

“We can’t praise Brearley & Rich enough for the sale of our house in Marlborough.” Mr and Mrs Deane

“Just a little note to thank you for all of your hard work in the sale of our house, we got there in the end. We are not planning on moving again, but would certainly recommend you both to anyone that we know who is thinking of moving in this area. Excellent service. Thank you.” Mr & Mrs Chappell, Aldbourne

Jonathan Rich

Jonathan began his estate agency career in 1993 working in Oxford. Since then he has managed offices in Greater London, Buckinghamshire and West Berkshire. With experience working for both national and independents agents, Jonathan believes that only independent agents can provide a truly personal service and a focus on their clients’ best interests.

He and his family settled in West Berkshire in 2003 and his three children attend local schools. His time living and working in the Marlborough vicinity means that Jonathan has an excellent working knowledge of the area that is covered by Brearley & Rich.

  1. I have worked with Mandy before and recently referred clients to both her and Jonathan and would wholeheartedly do so again and again. My clients have come back to me and said how helpful they have been.
