Full Time Senior Administrator Vacancy

Safety Revolution Ltd is a successful, rapidly expanding Health & Safety Consultancy that is investing heavily in proprietary software systems. This full time senior administrator role will be based in our lovely offices in East Garston, Berkshire, working closely with our rapidly growing national Field Based Consultancy Team. A good salary, dependent on experience will be offered to the right candidate. The Senior Administrator role is core to the inner workings of our business and you will undertake a broad and varied range of administrative tasks for the commercial department, supporting a portfolio of agri-business, farm and estate clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, hardworking and intelligent; who wants to be part of an expanding business which operates at the pinnacle of the Health & Safety market.

The role involves a lot of structure as there are some hard and fast rules to work to. There are often conflicting priorities, so an ability to manage last minute requests and prioritise your work load efficiently and effectively ahead of time is an absolute must, as is the desire to be challenged on a daily basis.

This is a wide and varied role and no two days, or clients, are ever the same. You will need to be flexible and have a hands-on attitude to work, with the ability to get stuck in with minimal supervision; you’ll know when to raise an issue and when to ask for help. You will also be happy to help with client visits and attend shows, along with helping to keep our office running like a well oiled tractor!

We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a small but friendly, dedicated and hard working team and effectively manage their own work load to strict guidelines and deadlines.

  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be adaptable and effective
  • Be a car driver and have own vehicle

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience of Health and Safety Administration
  • An interest or understanding of Agriculture and/or Farming.
  • Experience of ACT! CRM database and Cloud based software solutions
