We are a successful, rapidly expanding Health & Safety Consultancy that is investing heavily in proprietary software systems. We have our HQ and technical admin team based in Witney, our Client Services Team in East Garston, Berkshire and a rapidly growing national Field Based Consultancy Team. Safety Revolution was founded in 2003 by an insurance broker and a farmer who were both concerned about agriculture’s poor record in Health and Safety, and wanted to make a difference to that record. The system that we provide was created from scratch in 2003 and continues to be built upon and perfected over time.

Cloud Business Development Co-ordinator

This is a full time role based in our lovely office in East Garston, nr Hungerford. A competitive salary, dependent on experience will be offered to the right candidate. The package will include pension scheme, private healthcare, a supportive friendly working environment and regular staff events.

The Cloud Business Development Co-ordinator role is core to the provision and support of the Health and Safety management system that we offer to our clients via our bespoke Cloud platform. We have a rapidly expanding portfolio of agri-business, farm and estate clients so the role offers the right candidate the opportunity to visit some of the county’s most magnificent rural properties. A driving licence and access to a car is required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, hardworking & intelligent; who wants to be part of an expanding business which operates at the pinnacle of the Health & Safety market. This is a new position so the right candidate will relish the opportunity to make the role their own. Full training will be given and in addition to this the successful candidate will be to happy to identify what they need to know, and will set out a plan of how to gain the required level of competence required to confidently represent the company and uphold its high standards.

An ability to manage last minute requests and prioritise your work load efficiently and effectively ahead of time is an absolute must, as is the desire to be challenged on a daily basis.

You will need to be flexible and have a hands-on attitude to work, with the ability to get stuck in with minimal supervision; you’ll know when to raise an issue and also when to ask for help.

We are looking for someone who is able to work as part of a small but friendly, dedicated and hard working team and effectively manage their own work load to strict guidelines and deadlines.

The right candidate must have:

  • Strong admin skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be super organised, professional and discreet
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • And understanding of cloud software
  • Be comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
  • Be proactive, pragmatic and enthusiastic
  • The ability to deal with our clients with the utmost respect and courtesy
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Excellent written English skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to act with honesty, integrity and discretion
  • Must be a car driver and have your own vehicle

Desirable but not essential skills:

  • Previous Cloud or software support experience
  • Health and Safety experience
  • An interest or understanding of Agriculture and/or Farming.
  • Experience of ACT! CRM database
