Nightingale Fitness Personal Training & Bootcamps

Nightingale Fitness in West Berkshire is headed up by Joanna Nightingale and offers:

  • 1:1 personal training in your home working on your specific goals
  • group classes in Newbury and Thatcham for people who want to exercise together and increase their general fitness (including a Women Only Workout)
  • a monthly online workout programme in a closed Facebook group offering motivation and support
  • regular Saturday morning Parkrun (or walk!) experiences
  • social & fitness events to bring clients together in a warm, welcoming inspiring #NightingaleFitFam community

Joanna is passionate about helping people get to their goals in a way that works for them. She helps people find a way to stay fit and healthy that fits around their career, their family and their busy lives without the need for a gym membership or fancy equipment.

Joanna worked in a stressful corporate job for 11 years after uni and therefore understands the importance of balance and wellbeing. She has suffered with depression and anxiety herself and really takes time to understand her clients needs. She has a sensible yet encouraging approach to health and fitness and her enthusiasm for her job really shines through.

Health & Fitness Retreats

Nightingale Fitness is starting to run exclusive health and fitness weekend retreats from January 2018. There will be a variety of exercise sessions, nutritious food and help, plus some pampering time. Stay in a beautiful countryside location with other women and start the year how you mean to go on.
