Technical Support Coordinator Required in Hungerford

Job Title: Technical Support Coordinator

Ticketer is a rapidly growing company, established in 2009, and headquartered in Hungerford with development and technical offices in London and Cambridge. It develops and delivers cutting-edge integrated online transport management solutions, selling both hardware and related hosted software services. It’s first rolled out solution has revolutionized the way that bus and coach operators across major UK cities and municipalities manage their operations.

Ticketer is now looking to expand its Support team by appointing a Technical Support Coordinator who can provide an analytical approach to problem solving within our Customer Support team. This role will suit an logical thinker and communicator with a technical background, and someone who can effectively support our existing customer support, as well as our clients, on the more technical aspects and matters of our solution/product.

The role will encompass (but not be limited to):

• Engaging with our customers, primarily over the phone or by email, and enhancing Ticketer’s already well renowned name in supporting our customers
• Engaging with our support team, assisting with technical queries, and helping them find and understand solutions
• Building and managing relationships with customers, and assisting them in getting the most out of our systems
• Assisting in the delivery of customer product and further development of our innovative Card Bureau service
• Some sales enquiry handling and order taking
• Fielding initial support and common technical queries where possible, and escalating if necessary
• Coordinating some of our partners and liaising with all parts of the business to ensure the best possible customer experience

Some travel within the UK will be necessary

We are looking for someone who:

• Has problem-solving and prioritisation skills
• Has proven technical support acumen and experience, with the ability to absorb new technologies and systems easily
• Is quick to learn, positive, adaptable, innovative and energetic
• Has a passion for delivery great customer service
• Has excellent communication skills
• Has the ability to maintain accuracy with a high level of attention to detail
• Is an accomplished user of the Microsoft Office suite
• Is motivated and comfortable working under their own initiative
• Has a full current driving license and use of a car (mileage allowance will be provided)
