Gill’s annex is a comfortable place to stay in a lovely village, it has everything you may need and more. 2 lovely pubs in the village and within walking distance of the station if you want to go further afield. Beautiful views from the bedroom and even though unfortunately we didn’t get chance to take advantage of them it looked as if there are plenty of walks to go on in the area.

The place is lovely. The view from the bedroom window alone is worth it! There was a fresh load of bread, champagne and milk on our arrival which was a nice touch, and much appreciated. The place is extremely close to beautiful walking routes and picturesque countryside. Highly recommended.

Lovely cosy apartment, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with a thoughtful welcome pack. We were here over Christmas so didn’t spend a lot of time in the annexe but it would make a great base for a relaxing few days exploring the surrounding countryside.

Gill had thought of everything, giving us fresh-laid eggs from her hens, artisan bread, coffee, tea, a bottle of wine and all we could have wanted. We were very comfortable and happy.
