Calm Quiet Space Mindfulness Course

Are you interested in learning about Mindfulness?  Caroline Quintin Smith is running a 6-week course in Great Bedwyn 9.30 – 11.30am Wednesday mornings from Wednesday 17 May to Wednesday 28 June (excluding the half term week).

The course will introduce you to the benefits of mindfulness to include physical and emotional well-being, how to settle the chattering mind and help you enjoy life more fully by living in the present moment.

The cost for the 6 week course is £100
